I hope someone can help me. From time to time I get previously owned phones and resell them. While doing a wipe on a Blackberry10, I mistakenly cut the wipe short. Basically the phone is now a brick. I can’t reinstall Link or the OS. I get an error message that the phone can’t download the software and to check the Internet connection. Any thoughts on how to get around this?

BB10 is QNX based so I would doubt it's really bricked. Most modern phones come with a "DFU" mode that allows them to load software via a USB cable from a computer. I suggest you start looking on Blackberry's web site for "reinstall OS."
