How do I reset the bluetooth password on my Palm T2? Am I missing something obvious, I cannot see an option to reset it in the Palm software, is there another program which I could download that would do this?

I suppose a hard reset would work but my power button is broken, so I cannot hard reset. :(

I have tried deleting all the bluetooth files with a file manager (Zlauncher) but the file manager says they are all "locked" and will not delete them.

Apologies if this is a dumb question.

    Thanks for reading this message!

Actually, this is not a dumb question at all :)

There is a tool called BTCached which you can use to remove BT profiles.
    See here ;)

You can reset your bluetooth password by performing pairing over again. Enter the same pin number on both ends and whatever you used last time you paired does not matter.

r0k is correct. Just unpair the devices, and repair using whatever number you want. It really doesn't make any difference what you use, it's just to let the devices recognize each other. Most people use 0000 for everything, because devices that don't allow entry of a PIN use that. It's not a security issue, it's just to let the devices do an initial pairing. After that it doesn't matter.

    I don't know ...

I have had quite some issues with my home BT setup and was only able to resolve by deleting the BT profile in question.
Only after that I was able to pair again.

    Obviously YMMV ;)

Bluetooth, especially under Windows, can be pretty finicky. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't. I find it almost always works on other platforms, but Windows is another story.
