Short of letting someone remote in to your computer, I don't think so. What you might look for is an alternative to Simplify Media and/or Lala. Both systems are closing down. Lala let you upload your mp3 collection to their cloud & people could listen to most of your songs (won't get into the qualifications since it's a moot point anyway, now) all the way through, once. After that, they could only hear a snippet.

Simplify media integrated with iTunes & allowed you to stream your entire MP3 collection to your iPhone. I think it also allowed you to send "invites" to others, so they could stream from your computer, too. This app is being revamped & apparently continues to work for existing users. But they are not allowing any new users in.

Anyway, that may give you some things to Google to find alternatives.
