    Hi,

Is it possible to hide the status bar on many of the non-supported Sony
Clié's, iQue 3600 and more? I recently gave up on removing the 2-pixel
wide border (the usual applications aren't supported on most of these
devices), but since the status bar must be some sort of application,
it could be closed, right? Because I'm sure some games would play much
better in full-screen. I still own an iQue 3600, by the way.

I don't think it's possible to hide the status bar in Sony iQue 3600. I also own an iQue 3600 and I tried hiding it long back, but failed. When I referred the guide and other sources, there was no such option to hide it. You can remove the icons in the Status bar and organize it, but hiding it is really difficult.
