Hard reset, How to do it?

    How do I do a hard reset on my palm tx?

    While holding the power button down, press and release the soft reset hole in the back of the TX. Keep holding the power button . You will see first the Palm orange logo, then the gray/blue logo. When you see the blue logo release the power button. You should see an invitation to press up on the Dpad to erase all data. Press up and you are done.

    There is kind of an irony with regard to "hard reset". The phrase imply's that it would be hard to do but in fact it is easy. Oh oh, here I go again.... ;)

    I bet it's "hard" as in "hardware" as opossed to "software". But technically that wouldn't be correct either. On NVFS devices a "hard reset" would mean erasing the memory plus disconnecting the battery.... (and no, I haven't had my morning coffee yet ;))
