I want to pass my Tungsten T to my wife and get a Tunsten C instead.

Is anybody out there successfully syncing both machines on one PC?

Also, can both machines use the same cradle?

Having both on the same PC won't be a problem as long as each PDA has a unique hotsync ID.

Also, they can share the same cradle. In fact, the cradle that comes with the T|T is identical to the one that comes with the T|C.

You can also share keyboards, charge 'n' sync cables, and a host of other peripherals.

The only thing you can't share is registered software (applications whose registration depends on unique hotsync IDs).

    Hope this helps.

It does indeed help. Thanks for the reply.

Is there anybody here who has moved from a TT to a TC?

If so are you happy with the move?

I'm thinking of moving because I want the keyboard and the screen cover but I am worried about losing Bluetooth and the more compact size.

...and I lived to tell the tale.

I could not be happier. My T|C is way faster, has a better screen and way, way more memory.

    Improved battery life too...

The size is a bit larger, but they are relatively the same thickness so it feels about the same in the case, in my pocket.

The bluetooth is not there, but I do not miss it.

I love the WiFi for surfing while on the toilet!

    Could not be happier.

    YMMV
