NetB, when you get your Note, don't forget to pick up the Samsung Smart Dock Multimedia Hub.
I've gone from a 3.6" HTC 7 Pro to a 4.7" Galaxy S3 to a 5.2" Moto X (2014). Each time, after one week I quit thinking it was "big," and after a few weeks I resolved I'd never get anything smaller and might even consider going bigger again.
There does seem to be a general consensus that NetB needs a Note. I know I'm on board.
Actually it almost the cost of my i9100.
Great, more money to spend.
Obviously, it's a Samsung product.
still have them, raspy? http://www.cnn.com/2014/11/20/tech/mobile/hip-flip-phones/ a little electronical refitting, and you'll be even hipper than you already are
Sadly, no. And I really regret it. At some time or other I decided to sell them, back when it seemed flip phones would last forever. I didn't learn the lesson, because I applied the same rationale when I sold my Palm Vx
Thanks for the link, Rick! Would be nice to bring back one of those flip phones with updated guts... like some people do with steampunk electronics. Flippunk? Doesn't sound as cool, though
Hey guys, I found a smartphone called iRulu V1, a cheap 5.5" android phone. Have anyone heard of this company?
Maybe I should bring back my Motorola e815.

Never heard of them.
If you want to buy a product from a company whose own webpage reads like an email phishing scam, you're a braver person than I am:
I ran this phone by my IT friend & he quickly responded:
''Specs seem poor compared to the s3. Quad core 1.3 is better than dual 1.5 but only 1 gig of ram and 8 gig ROM both half of the s3. The low resolution screen would be a deal breaker. The s3 1280x720 is not enough real estate.''
I guess with this being a bigger screen the pixels would be a problem & Web pages couldn't fit the whole page.
I also read from a review that it has a plastic screen instead of glass & the guy wished he'd put a screen protector on.
But it is a great price & could be a decent smartphone - just depends on how one would be using it.
