I'm using (still!) Palm Desktop 4.2.

I have a bunch of To-Dos that needed a bunch of editing (some "completed", some not). I figure I'm looking at about two hours of editing in PD.

So I used Plam-2-CSV, which took my exported database and dropped it into Excel in no time.

I did the edits in, like, seven seconds.

    So.

Um, anybody have any suggestions how to convert it back to a TDA?

(ToodleDo looked like it might do a translation, but it doesn't tag the "completed" field correctly. I found a link in another thread here, but it was a dead link.)

    Any help would be groovy!

isn't there an import function in PD 4.2 that handles CSV files?

do you know from first-hand experience (or via a trusted source) that the 'completed' field isn't tagged properly?
this page (you may have to register, but it's really 30 seconds, tops, and no email verification) looks like using Toodledo would work:
Toodledo : Import and Export Tools

EDIT: ah, I see this now: Please note that completed tasks will not be imported.

Long shot. IIRC, you use Companion Link. Ask the Companion Link folks if they have an in-house tool for doing this? They can sometimes be helpful for one-off problems.
