Congratulations on your Zmax Pro, by the way. I was looking at several ZTE models when I was researching my new phone and although I ended up considering the Axon 7, the Zmax Pro stacks up pretty well to more expensive phones. Very nice phone!

Yeah, Zmax Pro is certainly the most bang for your buck. But it certainly can't beat the performance of the Axon 7 but what can you expect for a phone that cost 4x more.

Well, ZTE ZMax Pro isn't perfect. I found a problem with using the hotspot feature. It doesn't work with my netbook, but it is working with my Grand 2. I am currently using TMobile's unlimited plan (not prepaid).

only guessing, but my guess is that your netbook is too "mature" to be able to access the wifi band the phone works on. you could probably find a USB adapter for the netbook, that would work on the phones' band.

Really? My netbook does connected with the hotspot but no data activity.

Another thing, the ZTE doesn't have BT tethering, like all of my Samsung phones. Odd.
