<rather dryly, RA points out that the whole grain fad* does have some advantages one of which seems to be appropriate to the previous post > *let's be honest here sooner or later, medical science will finally tell us what most of us knew as little kids chocolate, processed & refined sugars and other junk foods are fine for humans. Mr. Hershey will win the Nobel peace prize for his humanitarian efforts, and Captain Crunch will be accorded his rightful place in history and don't forget about Ben & Jerry!
Now that that's cleared up... I'm not quite A at this point*, but I'm definitely NOT ever B. Pleasantly cool, but damp outside: Sleep with the windows open anyway -OR- Closed up tight? *Having spent a delightful day off watching it rain while moving periodically between the back porch swing and the bed, I really haven't done anything to be tired....
