Problem with Outlook 2003, XP pro and syncing
I have Office 2003 and Windows XP Pro. It will work until I install the Outlook conduits, then I receive an error that states: Microsoft Office Outlook: Either there is no default mail client or the current mail client cannot fulfill the messaging request. Please run Microsoft Office Outlook and set it as the default mail client. It will not sync with Outlook. I have installed Outlook101UpdateENG.exe from Palm.
Has anyone come across this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Is Outlook your default email program? If so, try this:
1. Close all open applications.
2. Open Internet Explorer.
3. Click the Tools menu, then click Internet Options. The Internet Options dialog appears.
4. Under the Programs tab, change the E-mail option to anything other than Microsoft Outlook. Click Apply, and then click OK.
5. Click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options again. The Internet Options dialog reappears.
6. Under the Programs tab, change the E-mail option back to Microsoft Outlook.
7. Click Apply and then click OK to close the Internet Options dialog..
8. Exit Internet Explorer.
