    Default Sony S Tablet

I received an email from Sony today that they will be offering a 9.4" tablet for $500 (16 gb) or $600 (32 gb). Until Oct. 1 they are offering a $100 trade-in for your old tablet. This is basically the only info they provided except to say that it will have the latest Android.

Brighthand's sister site TabletPCReview will have a hands-on preview of this model very soon, based on some time spent with it as the IFA trashow this weekend.

Sony has invited their customers in Los Angeles to their century city mall site to show off their new tablet S. RSVP for 9/14 between 5:30 and 8:30.

Low quality tablets seem to run under $150, there are some mid priced ones and Over $500 are feeding a fussy market.....BTW the hack for TouchPad to android is coming along pretty good....
