Default Motorola Triumph internal storage declines

    Hello,

I've had the Motorola Triumph for almost a year, but in the past month I keep getting a reminder on my status bar saying that I'm running low on internal storage. So I decided to see how much space I had (Settings > SD card & phone storage settings) so I decided to delete texts, emails, and apps which gives me more internal storage. But I also noticed that my internal storage continues to decrease! Idk why I keeps falling, for an example it says I have 38.29mb then I literally check 1 sec later and then it says 38.28mb and continues to fall. Soon my phone gives me a warning messaging saying that I don't have enough internal storage for text messages to be received. Idk what I can do, I've already deleted enough apps and moved the ones I can do my SD card.

Any help would be much appreciated!
    Thanks

    Welcome to Brighthand, hertz35.

That is pretty low memory. What version of Android do you have? Go to settings, applications and select manage applications. Tap the "All" tab and then, from the menu, select sort by size. This will arrange all your apps by size, biggest apps at the top. Tap each one by one. If the have the move to SD (wording may be different) button enabled, do it. If not, empty the cache. Go through at least programs over 1 Mb. You can gain a lot of room by periodically emptying cache, but hopefully you will discover some big apps you didn't know could be moved.

Be aware that any app that if the app has widgets that you use, the widgets will no longer work with the app moved to the SD card.

Before moving the apps try to use any cache cleaner apps like 1Tap cleaner or Quick App Manager to clean your memory. When you use apps in your phone, they will consume your cache memory and some will permanently store some files in the cache memory. This will reduce your internal storage. Use a cache cleaner app always to clear memory. I never used Motorola but I heard there is a Hardware reset option with which you can clear memory and get free space. You may try this option as a last resort.
