Default What Dunce Phone should i get? (AT&T)

So my centro died, its buttons only work when it is turned off but once its on only the stylus will respond., and I am currently using a Uboat sized treo 650 which functions but the old UI is a pain and it is a brick not saying the centro was svete but comeon.

I may possibly order a new centro from ebay for $50 give or take, but was wondering if there were any decent phones anyone could reccomend that don't require data. As both my centro and my backup died under some strange texting malfunctions. Plus not sure if I should be looking at newer technology, or if the centro is still good enough.

I was considering getting data, but since At&t slapped everyone by raising rates, I dont have any interest unless the prices go back down.

I still carry my t/x and an ipodtouch, so my pda needs are still covered I just need a decent phone to text on, and would prefer a qwerty keyboard digital or button is fine but digital would be sweet. Low to no $ is prefered, not really impressed with the selection on att's site, but havent actually played with any of them either.

any suggestions ? should I keep going with palm ? or sidegrade to another phone ?

Chris, if you really like the Palm Centro, just keep on using it.

I am doing this also with my Samsung Epix with no data plan, also At&t.

But if you want something better and the latest, check out the Samsung Exhibit II 4G by TMobile. If you like it, you can unlock it to work with At&t.
