Default Please advice on a Smartphone

I want to purchase a smart phone.
Please only advice, if it fits must have requirements.
    Here's the requirements:

    Must have features:

    1. GPS (compareable to TomTom not crappy VZW Navigator)
    2. Must work out of the box (No installing hax/3d party software)
    3. Verizon compatible.
    4. MP3 player
    5. Phone

    Optional features:

    1. Stylus
    2. Wi - fi
    3. Touchscreen
    4. Not having to pay for data plan
    5. Digital camera
    6. Remote Desktop PC

By "comparable to TomTom," do you mean in terms of accuracy, or features? Accuracy isn't a problem, but features would be. Simply put, you're not going to get a Verizon compatible phone that comes pre-loaded with a navigation suite comparable to TomTom. To get that you'd simply have to buy a third-party application.

Otherwise, I'd say that the HTC XV6800 or the HTC Touch Pro would both be good options for you.

Do verizon phones lock their software and make you use VZ Navigator?
They are going to remove it soon tho right and then we can take
advantage of the fully - featured GPS capabilities?

The current Verizon version of the Touch Pro does, but that's supposed to change soon. I'm not sure about their version of the XV6800, but I think it's unrestricted.
