Default Time to get a smartphone - finally

I want to get a smartphone this month and I plan on selling my Tungsten C. I've decided that I'd like to move from the Palm o/s.

Being used to the palm T|C i'd like:

    Wi-Fi
    Built in Keyboard

Other than that I'm not picky but I do have 1 year left with Cingular. I've been there a year so I am able to "upgrade" my phone this month.

I'm thinking $650 price range assuming you can get 100-150 off for a 2 year contract.

Deciding to sell my T|C is the hardest descision i've ever had to make.

    Default iMate K-JAM

I've been a PPC user for a while having migrated from the Tungsten T2. I've just got the iMate K-JAM and can say it's a great device. Only QVGA but much more pocketable than most devices, slide out qwerty keyboard, WiFi, BT, GSM/GPRS, IR, and good integration of PIM and phone features.

I'd recommend it. There are a couple of issues, partly because I'm pushing it a bit hard - playing music, downloading email from 6 accounts, 400+ synchronised Exchange emails, etc. Also a couple of bugs in WM5 need fixing.
