    Default Precipitous drop-off?

I noticed that the last two days, there's been a significant drop-off in activity. I realize it's a holiday week in the USA, but one might have expected the drop-off earlier in the week (maybe)? Maybe people just took off the 4th onward. Just thought I'd mention it.

Judging just from what I saw in the DC area where I am, most people took Thursday and Friday off to get a long week-end rather than Monday and Tuesday. However, you are right, it has been a ghost town here since Wed.

Indeed, it's almost scary... our internet connection went down early yesterday, and I just connected, looking forward to the... quiet, as it turned out

Actually, this week-end too. Did someone open a new break room and forget to tell me about it? ;-D

Saturday was a bit of a blur. I blame the library party punch from Friday.

Either that or you didn't heed my warning about wearing latex before handling items in the Break Room Library.

Are you suggesting that the gloves were meant to protect me from the librarian, not to protect the books from me? Heh. When I woke up and wondered what hit me, I thought I was being metaphorical.

Not the librarian, the items in the library. Most of the crew of the "Hookette Road Thread" have spent time in there doing.. something.

I'm afraid to click that thread. Just tell me, should I be in the ER right now?
