Problem with Hx2110

I have when i try to update de original rom w2003 ce spanish to windows mobile 6.1 eng hp software not permit the languaje change.I to decide to use the universal bootloader but i not obtain positive result.

someone help me

You have an iPAQ hx2110 with Spanish WM2003 ... and you would like to install a WM6.1 ROM ...

1) Is this WM6.1 ROM made for the hx2110?
2) If this WM6.1 ROM is not supported by HP then you would probably find better answers wherever you got it from (XDA-Developers? PPCGeeks?)
The language support in the ROM cannot be changed on most WM devices; Spanish or English (or whatever) require different ROMs, regardless of the WM version.
