Default Formatting SD 2GB card

Hi All

I recently purchased a Kingston SD 2 GB for my e755. It seemed to work fine intially and the e755 recognised it as being 2GB. I then accidently reformatted it on the e755 and it formatted it as a 1 GB. I've tried to restore it to a 2 GB but have only had partial sucess. I found a programme called Skymedi Fix2GB and using a card reader Windoze says it is a 2 GB again, but I can't copy more than 1 GB onto it from Windoze (and a card reader). When I try to reformat it (right click on the drive icon) Windoze only give the 1 GB option despite the fact that the properties of this card (right click) says it is a 2 GB. In the e755 it is seen as a 1 GB now and there does not seem to be any options to reformat it to a 2 GB.

Any ideas/help?

Default Re: Formatting SD 2GB card

I have the SD card problem fixed (I think), I used a different card reader and I was able to restore it and reformat it to a 2 GB card. I then copied over 1 GB of data onto it without a problem. However, the e755 still "sees" it as a 1 GB. Anyone know how to get it to see it as a 2 GB? When the card was new (last week) the e755 saw it as 2 GB. Obviously, something has changed. I believe the change is in the card itself as I've tried a soft and hard reset to see if the e755 would see it as a 2 GB again.

Suggestions?
