The FCC has released some information on a new Pocket PC Phone Edition device that uses CDMA wireless networks. It also includes a GPS receiver.

Looks like it's pretty much a CDMA version of their GSM phone. They really need to fix the user-interface problems of the device: the phone buttons at the top of the handheld are inconvenient to use, and it's only got 2 application buttons... and no thumb controller or cover... as you say it's more of an organizer than a phone, but it's not much of an organizer...
