Jean's position
I don't speak for him, but I think Jean made his position reasonably clear.
Each time Palm release a new piece of hardware, his company has to reegnineer Fitaly to work with it. He has finite resources and no longer wants to use them to work on a product with such a high cost of maintenance. Reading between the lines, each Palm version has different SIP interfaces and he has to reverse engineer them each time, with little or no assistance from Palm.
Palm have really, really, lost the plot on this one because the T/X looks a nice blend of fetures but without Fitaly, forget it.
