Arrow NTP's Lawsuit Against RIM Continues to Unravel

The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has effectively struck down two more of the patents that are at the heart of the lawsuit NTP is bringing against RIM.

Here's an idea... the US Patent Office could check to see if there is "prior art" BEFORE they grant the patents.
