Glad to hear Palm is moving forward. The recent rumors of a slow, low-res, low-memory WM Treo and handicapped HP version of the Treo definitely leave room for Palm OS and RIM to continue domination of the convergence market. I use an Ipaq, but I have a special place in my heart for Palm OS and would like to see it continue to survive.

This seems like a common-sense solution and I'm amazed that it has not yet been done on either the PPC or Palm side. Good to hear that Palm is pushing forward on this, hopefully that means that by the time I upgrade my Pocket PC, they will have been forced to include some sort of built in multi-gig solid-state storage to compete.
