Found that on palminfocenter.com:

Even though it's only a re-branded GSPDA Xplore M68, I really like it! Looks a lot my old, worn-out SE T68i (maybe the naming was an intentinal reference to this one?), but with PalmOS on it. Hope this will also be available in other german-speaking countries, too; I need a new phone!

I've updated the article to reflect the new information. Apparently ITM isn't a Palm OS licensee. You don't have to be just to re-brand someone's else's device.
