Arrow No New Zodiac Until 2006

A Tapwave executive said recently that a new Zodiac model won't be released for at least another year, and the wait might possibly even be two years.

Some of the games Tapwave touts are nothing more than slightly enhanced versions available on other Palm PDAs. Tapwave may not be around in 2 years. I could understand 1 year, but not 2. If it takes P1 two years to release their next-gen Palms, P1 will also be in serious trouble.

Of course. But no other Palm has a button layout designed specifically for playing games. In some cases, this makes for a big improvement in game play.

p.s. Plus, the Zodiac 2 still has the most RAM of any Palm OS device: 128 MB.

Three years between generations is forever in the high tech world. By then the OQO and Sony U750 should be affordable.
