Except that the OQO is pocketable, yet has a desktop OS and functionalities/capabilities. And I suspect the OQO will have the TabletPC edition as well.
Also I have to add to the article that the $1,600 model will have a 10 GB HDD while the $1,900 unit will have a 20 GB one.
