Cool Unfair?

Is any type of lobbying unfair? What would be fair lobbying?

I think it's totally fair for anyone to ask the patent to be revisited and reviewed.

I bet, if someone reviewed a number of science fiction pieces that many of the patented items that are in play these days could be seen as being derived from those works and based on the infrigement of someone's copyright.
