I think reviews depend on the autors perspective. This one has seems to concentrate on the video performance.

Personally, I don't play videos. I do listen to music - so the small but irritating background hiss matters to me (the 4700 has it as well - the 2750 does not).

Performance for mapping software (e.g. TomTom) also matters to me. The 210 is better than the 4700 in that it doesn't get as hot and seems to be able to cope better.

Backup speeds matter to me - the 210 is better than the 4700.

The lack of a touchpad is a good improvement.

CF card drain is not a big deal for me. I can live with 2% overnight. Note the 4700 with WM6.1 doesn't lose anything in over a week of being switched off. But the charging mechanism is irritating and could be improved.
