Buying a PDA with American Express: anyone ever used the warranty claims?
I felt this was the best place for this thread, but feel free to move if not.
I am narrowing down my PDA choises and plan to order one seen. I have read, that with AMEX, you get an additional 1 year warranty on electronics. Has anyone ever done this before? if so, how was the service when/if you needed it?
