Default Does Chapura Key Suite Work on the TX?

Is anyone running Chapura KeySuite on the TX?

I am interested in Key Dates because it will let me see Outlook meeting invitation details and the Busy/Tentative/Free/Out-of-Office status on my appointments?

I'm using KeySuite and it works fine - except with Fitaly Virtual. Major bummer. I'll try the new Datebk6 when the preview comes out soon. I really need Fitaly.

I use it, too. I've been using KeySuite for about 2 years. Prior to my TX, I used it on a Palm IIIxe. It was very stable, never crashed on me.

Unfortunately, it has been a different story on the TX. For the most part, each individual app in the KeySuite works fine, except for KeyToday. For some reason, after some period of time, I start to get an error whereby KeyToday cannot load contacts and/or tasks. I get a Sys 0502 error. Each of the apps still works (KeyToday works, it just doesn't load Contacts or Tasks into the Today screen, and Contacts and Tasks work just fine by themselves).

I wrote to Chapura about this and their response was to delete the offending apps (KeyContacts and KeyTasks), re-install them from the Program Files\Chapura\KeySuite directory, and then HotSync again immediately after re-installing them to re-populate them with data from Outlook. I did this and it works okay for a while, but then it eventually happens again (at this point, it seems like it happens at least once a day).

I have no idea why this happens (Chapura didn't offer any explanations), but I think I am going to do a hard reset and re-install all of my apps one at a time. I admit that I have been app happy since receiving my TX a week and a half ago. Since I moved up from a Palm IIIxe (with OS3.5) to the TX, you can imagine there are tons of color OS5 apps that I just HAD to try out.

I'm hoping this will solve my problem. KeySuite is my preferred PIM suite. I also have Agendus Pro 10.03, but it is riddled with bugs and I hate the way it litters item notes with icon codes. Agendus has some really neat features, and I like that it uses the built-in databases, but that means you can't have multiple categories assigned to items...and the bugs!

I'm especially thrilled that I found out Slap works with KeySuite, even though KeySuite uses it's own databases. I had used Actioneer a long time ago, but had to drop it when I started using KeySuite. Slap does essentially the same thing Actioneer did. Pretty cool.
