I haven't seen anyone mention it so I will:
I am having issues with Qlaunch.
I can install it, activate it, and set up some features. It then seems to work fine. However if I attempt to change settings it will cause a soft reset and the settings do not take.
I have not yet tried deleting preferences and completely setting up each time to edit prefs, based on my experience this may work.
Also one may need to be careful with ButtonsEX and Agendus.
Somehow I managed to make none of my buttons an applications button. Boy that one was tricky to get out of (I had to eject and insert my SD card to fix it, little tip for anyone else silly enough to do this
)

Has anyone tried Card Reader 0.96? I saw that someone posted that 0.95 worked on the TX but I installed 0.96 and it does not seem to be working.

Here's another problematic app:
There is an old, free version of AIM that's still available if you search hard enough. The good news is that it works just fine, and has never crashed on me. The bad news is that when you do have a Hard Reset for ANY reason (whether intentional or not), it will force a Reset Loop. It took me several hours or determined trial and error to figure this out. Using BackupMan, I eventually determined that doing a full restore without AIM solved my Reset Loop issue. Hope this helps....

filez works
i never tried "view hidden volumes" but once i read in another thread that this works i tried it and voila, i can now see the hidden volume on the tx. so filez should be moved to the good list.
i have had another trip to reset heck, so if i find a culprit other than builtin pim database corruption i will post it here...-Jeff

Okay, I've bumped Filez happily up to the working list. In fact, after EXTENSIVE testing and use of Filez, I'd like to nominate it to be the first item in the "100% Compatible" list.
Any objections? Has anyone had any problems with Filez whatsoever on the T|X?

I haven't been able to actually see any files in the TX hidden folders using FileZ, but I have been able to see them using FileProg. Which is more "compatible"? Dunno.... but I do keep both on my machines, going back several different handhelds. I particularly like that FileProg can work on several tagged files (consecutively) whereas FileZ will refuse to work if you have more than one file tagged (why let you tag more than one if it won't let you do anything?)Originally posted by reverendjough

Filez has been working perfectly for me since day one; not quite sure why it was thought to be questionable to begin with...

Some functions in Filez (Move and Copy come to mind) work quite well with multiple tagged files. Others, like Details, require that only one item be selected.Originally posted by jim37
