Glad to hear they are working on NetChaser. That is one of the final apps for me, and then I will have everything I have paid for on the T3 working on the TX, and then some

I ran Handyshopper 2.9c (build 7908) through its paces at Costco and Safeway yesterday and had no problems. Could you have some Silverscreen leftovers or another third pary app causing a conflict?
Thanks for that - sounds like I do have some other apps causing problems. The whole setup of the TX for me has been quite an ordeal and it seems some apps which look fine when you install them, can then react with other apps which you install later! I had uninstalled Silverscreen but this hasn't cured the HandyShopper problem - it looks fine, but when I start selecting shopping items from my grocery list it soft resets. I'm leaving it alone for now - because everything else is working OK (apart from no five way control in Plucker, and my Palm wireless keyboard doesn't work even after installing the relevant drivers!). Anyway apart from this I'm quite happy with the TX. Might have more of a tinker with these problem apps next weekend.
Cheers,
Cal

Beware Repigo
If I install Repligo to the TX and something causes a soft reset, it goes into an infinite loop that requires wiping everything. It will run off a card just fine. The bug is reported on the Repligo site with the T5.

My problems continue. I had everything going so well and then tried to overreach - installed the drivers for my Palm infrared keyboard and locked everything up - had to go to a hard reset! Then tried to install the Graffiti 1 app through the approved method (which had worked for me a couple of days ago) and ended up in endless soft reset loop!
Anyway another hard reset and I'm back to where I started minus Graffiti 1 - this is damn frustrating, and I was just about to send a post about how much I loved the TX seeing as I had just tried WiFI email and web-browsing at my local coffee shop!
Oh well - some wins and a lot of losses. I'm now beginning to wonder why I upgraded (wifi I guess).
Anyone got their Palm keyboard to work?

If that's the Universal keyboard, then yes, I've gotten it to work with the latest drivers (1.08, I believe). However, I don't use any of the advanced functions -- there's a report that those don't work yet. I just type on it, and if what I type comes up on the screen, I'm happy.Originally posted by caliban

Thank you! I resisted for some time reading yet another forum, but this one seems to be quite active and informative. I think I'll stick around a whileOriginally posted by holvoetn

Oh, to add to the definite NOT compatible list, PalmMAME. It caused a spontaneous hard reset on me last night as it was loading a ROM. Talk about frustrating!
