error 4626 mundu radio

I need help. I downloaded Mundu Radio to my TX - registered and got the Password but when i try to log in it gives me the "Network error 4626" window so i can't log in. I tried to access their "support website" on my PC but it would not let me in. would anyone be so good to let me know what to do so i can log in. i am a beginner in this things

I'm not familiar with Mundu Radio, but a basic thing to check is that your TX is actually connected to the internet. See if it can browse or use other internet programs.

Something's wrong with Mundu's website. The Support, Contact, and other areas of the site can't be accessed. Did you get a manual when you downloaded the program? Maybe the explanation for the error is there.

I still have version 1.0 installed on my TX and it works fine.

EDIT: I just downloaded and installed 1.0.10 and get Network Error 4626.

Try rolling back to jig's version & assume that the newest version is flawed? Not sure where you'd get that version, however.

I've had lots of issues with Mundu Radio and they weren't all that helpful with support. For a long time, I couldn't log into my account on the web to change/update stations and such. I don't recall getting that network error on my handheld; but stations were always changing their 'addresses' so they stopped working when I couldn't update them on my account. Mundu tried to help me a few times; but nothing seemed to work and I haven't tried in a while.

BTW, I thought Mundu Radio was free? I don't recall getting a registration code, although I do recall setting up a Mundu account to manage my stations/channels and such.

I thank u raspabalsa and all Yes my browse is O.K. and I could not find any manual to the Mundu so I now wander if the radio is usable at all on palm
