HELP!!!! Is it possible to transfer photos from pre plus to a kodak kiosk?

via bluetooth of course.. But yea, is this possible?? I have some wonderful pics from my sisters wedding & was trying to transfer my pics to a koak kiosk & I turned on my bluetooth & it searched & searched for a device & kept saying it couldn't find a compatible audio device.... Well.. My old stupid cheap lil samsung did this easy as pie, but the camera was ****e on it. & I thought for sure this one would do it just as easy...being a "smart phone" & all.. Please help!!!!! I've got 1 day till she gets home from honeymoon.... Wanted to have the pic printed & framed.

The reason for the views without response is not because there is anything wrong with your question. It is simply that none of the readers thus far have anything helpful to contribute, nor do I, sadly. Don't despair of anyone coming along to help. It may just take a little while. (The time between your posts was a scant 23 minutes on a weekend nite. Patience is required as traffic is slower on the weekends. )

sorry ... You would think having a 4yr old would help me with my patience...butim just gettin a lil anxious bc I wanted to have these pics printed before my sis got home... & I cannot find any info on this anywhere!!! Grrr. Frustrating!!!

sorry to say I have no solution to offer, either. this is just one (of many, imho) time when no external card on the pre is a real drawback. do the kiosks have any online capabilities? if you could email/upload the photo to someplace the kiosk could access......

Well, I did some research online today and from everything I can find it seems that nobody can get this process to work anymore, at least for newer model phones. I even checked into whether Blackberries were having any luck; sadly, no joy there, either. If you could transfer/copy the pix to your computer and then onto an SD card you could take the card to the Kiosk and then print the pix in the manner of a few years ago. That's the only thing that I can think of that might work and it's a wee bit more trouble but if successful, worth the effort.

If you decide to attempt this route, Good Luck and please let us know how everything works out. Congratulations on your sister's marriage, too.

thanks rick & lelisa!! @ least I know I'm not just doin smething wrong. Rick..im pretty sure I can email these to the kiosk...didnt think of that. & lelisa.. I was afraid I'd have to go about it that way...im gonna look into emailing the kiosk the photos & see if that works. I will definitely let you guys know how it goes!! & thanks for the marriage congrats! She's 4yrs younger than me & the 1st to get married... Such a joyous occasion!!

You may already have solved it; but maybe you can try to transfer them from your Pre to another device that might be compatible with the kiosk. If older devices work better, maybe you can find someone who'll let you use their phone/PDA as a conduit.
