Axim 50v and Dell GPS Nav System

I need some help. I had an Axim 30 and the Dell GPS software loaded beautifully. I just received the 50v the other day, inserted the GPS CDs, and though it looks like the software loaded, only the maps loaded to the SD card....not the application.

Am I doing something wrong, or is this software not compatible with the 50v?

I have a x50v and the Dell BT GPS. I have had to load the software a few times, due to hard resets, and I have not had a problem with it.

Check this directory on your PC: C:\Program Files\Dell\GPS Navigation System. There should be two CAB files, one is title: DellNav2003.PPC300_2577.CAB this is for WM2003. Copy that one over to your x50v and then you should be able to install the program fine.

If you want to install the program some other place besides Main Memory you will need Cab Installer to do it. I don't have a link handy, but if you do a search here or on Google you should be able to find it no problem.
