    The Google Nexus 7 for $200 is far superior and not much more expensive. I'm glad I bought my Nook Color devices when I did, but if I were shopping now I wouldn't even consider it.

    The Nexus 7 absolutely slaughtered both Kindle and Nook Android offerings. We know that a Fire 2 is on the way; hopefully B&N has something good in the oven too (regardless of whether it's running Android, WP8, or Windows RT).
