Re: How you can fix netbook????????????
The easiest method is to purchase and External Optical Drive, then boot from USB in the BIOS.

Re: How you can fix netbook????????????
That depends on what an individual regards as being easier. For some, paying $50 for an external optical drive isn't easy at all. For others it's trivially easy. Considering that a USB stick with 4GB or 8GB of memory can be purchased for less than $10, or sometimes had for free in various giveaways (I got one free from Rogers Communications just for being a customer), it is certainly an economically practical (easy) choice to set up a bootable USB. And here's a site explaining how it can be done rather easily:
How To Boot And Install Windows 7 From USB Flash Drive (Updated) - Make Tech Easier
Though the link title is for booting and installing Windows 7 from USB drive, of course the repair option is available from the same image. And while one needs an optical drive to transfer the image from disc to flash drive, it's also easy enough to use an ISO, whether downloaded from Microsoft directly or from other sources.Gerard Ivan Samija

Re: How you can fix netbook????????????
I tend to use both SD cards and USB drives, depending on what I need it for. All the above are viable alternatives, and I sometimes use a CD/DVD drive I took from an old desktop, with a cheap cable/power combo bought off ebay.
Most netbooks have a recovery partition, just as most laptops do, but those can be deleted. It's not trivial to put a Windows install DVD on a flash drive, but it can be done. I use Linux, so it's much easier to use the USB drive or SD card.Regards,
Stan
