FINALLY -- play YouTube videos on Pocket PC, no converting
This looks very promising. I've already used it successfully on my Toshiba e800, Windows 2003SE. Plays the flash videos perfectly, no conversion or anything needed:

You'll need to use those plugins with TCPMP:

The YouTube downloader app is very simple and could use some work, but it works for now. I'm sure future updates will be coming, in the last few days it already has been updated to add a few basic features (like copy/paste).- Jeff

It didn't work on my h2210 running WM 2003 Premium, nor on my X51v WM5.
I think I might be missing some plugin components. Can you give a list (with links?) for each component that's needed?

It works really well, just make sure you've got v.1.2, since Youtube slightly changed stuff in their vids.
I dare you to check my blog.

Seems to be working now. Nothing's changed on my PPCs, so I suppose it must have something to do with the youtube site.
