i have a moto q and i cannot make or recieve calls can anyone help?

my motorola q can not make or recieve calls but can text. what can i do to fix this

it is a used phone. i had it about 4 months. i use page plus wireless. i was working very well. it just stop working a week ago and i didn't install anything on it. i get a good signal but not able to make calls or get them. i cannot send or recieve text mess either
