reinstalling palm desktop? how?

    Default reinstalling palm desktop? how?

    for some reason when i hotsync , its not hotsyncincg my calender and contacts.... its not even listed under "customize hot sync"? although i see my contacts and calender info on the desktop, so i think i need to uninstall & reinstall palm desktop! how do i back up all the info before uninstalling? anybody please?

    Are you using the correct conduit set? The m500 series (OS4 devices) uses Date Book, Address Book, Memo Pad, To Do, not the conduits named on Palm Desktop 4.x (which are the conduit names for OS5).
    DT Lives in SFO...away from flying objects.

    You can just reinstall.

    Version 4.1.4 should be the latest for the M500 as well ...
