    Cool M505 will not put data into my computer when HotSync??

    Hello All:

    I have a M505 and I am having trouble with my Home Computer (Dell PIII L733r), as far as hotsyncing goes. Information I put in my Palm, when Hot Sync will not go into my Computer. All works fine with my work computer (PIIII IBM Laptop).

    I have tried everything, but no success?

    I would appreciate any all assistance...

    Hello secinv.

    Have you tried to reinstall Palm Desktop on your desktop computer at home? What operating system do you have on your home machine? And, lastly, what MIP are you HotSyncinc with on your office computer?
