Is there any way to download and hotsync a newspaper into the Palm, Like be able to go to USA Today . com and transfer the days news and events into my palm to take with me and read throughout the day. Please give links and instructions Thanks

USA Today is one of the channels you can download into AvantGo.

Try www.turcic.com you will be able to read every news paper possible.

read the site instructions, also turcic uses a huge database .ixl files which does not use much of your ram on your handheld like avantgo.

Give them both a try, and see which one you like the best.

What if Ihave a certain webpage I would like to get inmy Handheld I have installed and am using Avantgo properly. The webpage doesn't fall under any of the channels I have selected. It is an Oil and gas offshore service company that I need the information off of there sight to beable to take it with me and study. Here ih the page www.slb.com/Hub/index.cfm?id=id1381457

AvantGo lets you add 'custom' channels. You can get most web pages added to your AvantGo account.

One exception -- if the web page is very popular (large number of subscribers) AvantGo restrict it. This is so they can negotiate some commercial agreement with the site owner -- after all, it's AvantGo's proxy servers channeling the requests and AvantGo's clients on your device, so they feel they need to make *some* money somewhere.
