my zire is nice for them but he added color wil be awesome ihope!

Yes, you can. You don't need the sidelight on all the time on the m505 or m515 because they have reflective screens, but most people prefer to leave it on.

If you're used to the Zire's screen, the m515's screen, even with the backlight off, will see just fine.
