Can I use a Palm with a Projector?
It is great to use documents to go premiun edition in order to create power point presentations, but can I use my m515 with a projector (any brand)?. I need to project the slideshows or any other documents without taking my laptop with me, I know you can do it with iPaq, do I need to switch (I don?t want to)?
Thanks for your help.

Well, on their web site, it will cost you $199.
price
I did a quick search on Nextag, and they claim to have 10 distributors selling it at $166

I'm also assuming you meant other options as in presentation devices for your Palm.
There is SlideShow Commander as well.
Slide Show Commander
Amazon.com is selling it for 49.99

Hope this helps!

Just an FYIF, the Slide Show Commander is a 'Software Package' that means that you'll have to had already a hardware connection in your palm in order to use.
I have used it with the Palm Bluetooth card and a 3Com USB Dongle and it works great. You can control the powerpoint presentation and edit it on the fly. But, as you see, that is a different type of solution that will cost you at least $300.
I have also the SD Margi Presenter To Go and it works great. Well done job by Margi. The software/hardware do all that they advertise that it will do, without any flaws. It cost me $199 when they first become avaliable.

Excellent Margi Presenter To Go
I really wanted to thankyou for your recomendation about Margi Presenter To Go, it is really great.... Now I have tree more questions:
1) The Presenter To Go has an option to save your presentation in the SD Card, but how does this work?, can I store all my presentation in the SD Card and then use the Presenter To Go?
2) Does it syn each time a make a change in my presentation in the laptop?
3) Can I edit presentations in the palm using Documents To Go Premiun edition and transfer it to Presenter To Go?
Thanks again,

Re: Excellent Margi Presenter To Go
You can save all your presentation on the card, and when you load the Presenter To Go software it copy back the presentations to the Palm. But I think there's a flaw with this, while it should only copy the presentation you are trying to view from the card, it instead copy ALL of them to your Palm, meaning this that if you have not sufficient memory in ram, you are out of luck. I have report this to Margi, hopefully they can get straight with this.1) The Presenter To Go has an option to save your presentation in the SD Card, but how does this work?, can I store all my presentation in the SD Card and then use the Presenter To Go?
No, you have to 'send' your presentation with the Presenter To Go console every time you want it in the Palm.2) Does it syn each time a make a change in my presentation in the laptop?
I personally haven't tried this, but I guess not since Margi has said nothing about it.3) Can I edit presentations in the palm using Documents To Go Premiun edition and transfer it to Presenter To Go?

I just got the Presenter To Go from Margi and it is GREAT. No laptop - just the M515 and a cable which connects to the projector. It has a small card to run your presentations via infrared. Only downside is that you cannot have animations or sounds in your PowerPoint slides.
Also has software called MIRROR which enables you to project whatever is on your PALM's screen.
