How do I remove myself from receiving thread updates?

Click on "My profile" at the top of this page and go to "edit options."
Scroll down to "Messaging & Notification"
Click NO where it says "Use 'Email Notification' by default?"

This will keep you from getting an email everytime someone replies to any thread you started.
