local usb option not showing up

    Default local usb option not showing up

    I am not sure the first message I send went to the proper posting place. so here it is again.
    I cannot hot sync my palm 130 because my computer is not recognizing the USB setup.

    Could you provide more info, please?
    What computer are you using?
    What operating system and version on that computer?
    Do you have other USB devices? Are they working properly?
    Were you able to hotsync before? Or you were never able to hotsync?
    Can you quote the exact error message you are getting?

    Try this PalmOne Knowledge Library article 28492 Determine if USB is supported on your Windows computer.

    PalmOne Knowledge Library article 26405 Windows New Hardware Wizard asks for a USB driver when I try to synchronize.

    Hello ncbenter,

    How did you resolve your problem ? I have almost the same with my Palm M130 on Windows XP-SR2 french, and Palm Desktop 4.1.4 french.
