transferring files
Hi,
It is possible to transfer files using a pda ?? I hv a Palm M125 with an external 32 mm memory card.
I want to transfer some files from my desktop to my cell phone so intend to copy the files via hotsync and then beam them over infrared to the phone..
so wud this be possible??

You need to get your desktop files to the expansion card.
You can't do this via HotSync except if the Palm has the file type registered by an application running on the Palm.
Media File Type Manager might work for this.
Alternatively, you could get SyncWizard which will let you drop files onto the expansion card as if it's another drive attached to your PC.
The second part of the equation is a utility that can beam files found on the expansion card. For this you could use something like MyWorkbench or McFile.
