help - I lost LIFEDRIVE Software installation CD for Windows

I bought lifedrive in september 2005. After installation, I found that synchronisation with outlook and Calendar doesnt work.

I tried to reinstall, and spent a lot of time trying to fix. But it didn't work . The user manuel and the support site are not user friendly, I mean it is not clear in terms of re-installation matter.

I didn't use lifedrive for few months and now and I would like to reinstall from Scratch .

However, I dont find any more the installation CD for Windows.
Do you have an idea where get the content of the CD (All the content and not just a part of it ).

Hello, welcome to Brighthand.

If you need all of the softwares that came with the CD, you are going have to call Palm to buy it. There is no way you can download entire CD, except for Palm Desktop.

We just discussed this very thing somewhere here, but I can't seem to find it.

I think you will need to dial up Palm Solution ID 3421, or something like that. It gives you instructions on what to do. Do a search of the forum and you'll find it a reference to the right number.

I don't know what happened. I just was utterly blind to that thread! I found it, of course, AFTER I commented on this post.

Anyway, the solution ID IS 3421. JConaway would be better to speak to procedure, but it probably involves a call to Palm and about $22 for us in the Estatos Unitos. (I really hope I spelled that right!)
