    Unhappy HP Ipaq r1710

    What is the proceure for replacing the battery in an HP r1710 handheld PC or a link to directions. I can't get the four screws out of the back of the unit, but I do have a new battery so I know that there is a way to do it, just not how to do it.

    Are you sure that you've got the right kind of screwdriver? Most devices use Torx screws, size T5 or T6.
