Strange: Hard reset during a soft reset

That is strange, my ipaq locked up. I hit the soft reset button. Then I get "new screen" where I have to configure the ipaq. The machine did a hard reset!!!

Anybody else experinced this?? Is that a software or hardware flaw??

I've had quite a few "pick up the device and it soft resets" but no unintended hard resets.

Uh-oh, the HX4700 has some type of secret artificial intelligence chip aboard and now it is beginning to be activated.

Obviously the unit knew, when I picked it up, that I was up to no-good and had to reset for me.
